I have been to the Grand a few times and its a little bit too small for loud bands. The toilets are cramp and the bar is too small.
Thriller Live (16/10/13) - Loved it
An MJ lookalike, four lead singers, umpteen dancers and live band make this concert a great night out for all. Pumped with high energised and timed choreography, the dancing crew are great support for the singers, who are all stars in their own right. The first half kicks off with the Jackson 5 and works its way up to Michaels last few years on this earth. All the songs are sung perfectly and the band, well you may as well be listening to Jacksons albums, theyre that spot-on. My only gripe is that they try to interact with the audience way too early, I didnt particularly want to be stood waving my arms in the air after a handful of songs, but I didnt mind this later in the show when I was really enjoying myself. Overall a great night and a fantastic tribute to Michael Jackson.
