Visitors who cannot manage these steps are guided around and reunited with the group on the other side of the Boat Ride. There is ramped access to the ride, but visitors need to be able to transfer to the seats. Assistance dogs are not permitted to ride with visitors, and a member of the party must be with the dog at all times.
