Venue information

The Charter Theatre is a fantastic traditionally styled theatre seating 780 people in comfortable yet modern facilities. The Stalls Bar and Circle bar offer calming chill out areas where you can relax and enjoy a beverage or two. The Charter Theatre is perhaps the busiest part of the complex with over 400 events per year playing host to the cream of the acting world and gaining a reputation for quality professional and amateur theatrical productions.

Christmas in Preston would not be the same without that good old British institution known as pantomime, a tradition upheld for many years at the Charter Theatre.
