Disney On Ice - Dare To Dreamstars, from 28 Fan reports
Manchester Arena - Manchester Arena
Poor seating plan which spoilt a bit of the magic from Amanda, 26/10/14Booked this for my daughters birthday and after a shaky start (she cried!) she loved it. Merchandise was pricey. My main criticism was, having not been to the stadium before I used the area layout to make sure we had decent seats. What they didnt show was where the stage was so I booked seats thinking we were in the middle, with a great overview of it all and we were by the stage so we could see behind the castle ( so people warming up) and not a clear view which spoilt it.
Manchester - MEN ARENA
MEN ARENA from Stefan Muszynski, 28/10/13Getting in and the show was great, getting out was a nightmare the doors we entered through were locked and we could not exit here. These doors are adjacent to the main parking area for the arena and every body was heading for these doors only to find them closed then everyone had to turn around to get out , this caused chaos and jammed up areas. Its time lessons are learnt from this before a serious accident occurs and people are crushed when an emergency happens.
Manchester - Phones 4u Arena
Great show but terrible customer service from Carlatwoshoes, 24/10/13The show was amazing, my daughter loved it, the only problems I had was someone was sat in our seats when we got there, I told them, they refused to move and said they was told they could sit there, I asked a member of staff who was stood at the stair gates who said he couldnt leave his area as he had to check tickets, I walked around trying to find someone to help which resulted in me missing 10 minutes of the show, the member of staff approached them and they said someone else had moved them there as one of them was on crutches so had to sit somewhere with enough room as the show had already started I was asked if we could just sit on empty seats which was further up the tier, I wasnt happy as you can imagine but my daughter just wanted to watch it.
