Event Info

One of the UK’s most influential acts, The Cinematic Orchestra are back with new music and a two-night takeover of the Eventim Apollo Hammersmith.

Formed in 1999 by Jason Swinscoe, the band have gone on to become one of the most respected British acts of the last 17 years. Like all the greats, they have an emotional gravitas that transcends genre tags, and their stunning live show is testament to that. They have sold out The Royal Albert Hall (twice) in London, The Sydney Opera House, and played countless international festivals the world over.

The shows will preview forthcoming material from their hugely anticipated studio album as well as performing some of their best loved classics. The band will feature long time contributors Tom Chant, Luke Flowers and Heidi Vogel. Newest collaborators Moses Sumney, Bev Tawiah and Melanie De Biasio will join alongside a string quartet led by Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. Come and see the mighty Cinematic Orchestra play and cement their place as one of the most unique acts of a generation.
