Event Info

John Lee Hooker Jr is the son of arguably the greatest Blues Music icon of all time. He has been Grammy Nominated twice and encorporates influences such as Johnny "Guitar" Watson and James Brown in his music. "Blues with a Vengeance" was the title of his 2004 debut album which was followed up swiftly in 2006 by "Cold as Ice". His latest album will be released in 2017.

Animals & Friends are a seminal British Rhythm & Blues band who still command great respect internationally amongst their peers as well as from fans of all ages who instinctively respond so enthusiastically to such pivotal songs from The Animals' catalogue such as 'We Gotta Get Out Of This Place', 'Boom Boom', 'Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood', 'Baby, Let Me Take You Home', and the bands' multi-million selling anthem and Number One hit across the world - 'House of The Rising Sun'.

Animals & Friends feature founder member of The Animals John Steel and Mickey Gallagher who first joined the group in 1965, along with Danny Handley & Roberto Ruiz. The Animals were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame in 1994.
