Event Info

In the final show of his 80th Birthday farewell UK tour, the founder and pioneer of rock and roll's original sound, Jerry Lee Lewis comes to the Clyde Auditorium, Glasgow on Thursday 10th September in what will be his last ever live appearance in the UK.

Jerry's only other UK appearance on the tour in London the previous Sunday 6th September has now fully sold out and the Glasgow show will be the last opportunity to catch the legendary live performer and true originator in concert.

An innovative and flamboyant showman, known for his wild and virtuoso piano playing as well as his unique character stage presence, The Killer's early output changed the course of musical history in late Fifties with the classics of "Whole Lot Of Shakin' Going On" and "Great Balls Of Fire". His other early hits "Breathless" and "High School Confidential" also entered the canon of some of the greatest songs ever recorded.
