Event Info

Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Sport have announced a huge night of boxing at the Manchester Arena in July, with a pair of World title bouts headlining the bill!

Anthony Crolla will make an emotional return to the ring when he challenges WBA Lightweight champion Darley Perez on July 18th.

The Manchester man has been given the all-clear to box again by doctors following the horrific attack he suffered when bravely tackling burglars that attempted to break into his neighbour's house in December. Crolla suffered a fractured skull and broke his ankle in the attack which cruelly robbed him of the chance to face Richar Abril for the World title in January, now he gets a second chance at a World belt.

Meanwhile Scott Quigg is back at the Manchester Arena to defend his WBA World Super bantamweight title against Kiko Martinez. The Bury star is looking to shine against the Spaniard as he makes the fifth defence of his coveted crown looking for a fourth KO win in that run, but the elite-level Martinez will have other ideas and the former IBF World ruler is confident of ripping the title from Quigg.
