What I dont like about the venue is that you cant take any of your own pop or snacks in you have to buy the over priced goods there. In the Manchester and Liverpool theatres you are allowed to take your own refreshments in and you still spend on ice creams. There are not enough toilets and they always seem to be miles away from where your sitting
Disney On Ice (20/10/14) - Lovely Family Treat
Took my little granddaughters and they loved it. They particularly liked the princesses, in fact so did I. They did get a bit bored through the Incredibles, but generally the show was a spectacular event. The downside to these events are the over priced memorabilia, there is no need to charge such extortionate amounts for these goods it makes it very expensive when you have 2 or 3 children and there is no avoiding them when they are thrust in your face all the time. Have already booked for the next one in Liverpool, better start saving up now.
Louise Bennett, 13/10/14
Really good, the staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. They are all a credit to the arena. It was exceptionally clean. And although the drinks are expensive it makes up for it with the way things are run, there was no queuing, no getting lost.
Lee Evans (13/10/14) - absolutely amazing
Lee was brilliant, so witty and hilarious to the point where my face was hurting from laughing so much. Such a genuine guy he even shook my partners hand after he had finished. I hope he tours again because I definitely will see him again. We had a fantastic night..and unfortunately it had to end. We love you Lee Evans.
Jade, 13/10/14
The music were rather loud at one point which made our ears ring but all in all it were a brilliant night just a shame about the noisy guests sat next to us
Lee Evans (13/10/14) - Absolutely hilarious
Defo worth a visit to see him absolutely hilarious worth every penny we paid. Will defo be going to see him again

Phones 4u Arena prides itself on being accessible to everyone. If the information you require is not listed below please contact our Accessibility Co-Ordinator on 0161 950 5229 or email

The on-site multi-storey car park is run by NCP and has capacity for 958 vehicles. Although there is a fee, there is an area on the ground floor which has a number of accessible parking spaces which are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. If you are unable to secure a place on the ground floor, there is a lift inside the car park that stops on levels 3, 5, 7 and 9. Follow directions from the car park to the Box Office entrance and you will reach a set of green doors with a small flight of stairs on the other side, leading to the Arena entrance. There is also a lift to the right hand side of the doors.

Victoria Station

Access from Victoria Station (whether travelling by train or Metrolink) is possible by taking the lift located at platform 3 up to level one passing through the red doors, then following the signs to the Box Office. There are also stairs leading from the station to the Arena entrance. Alternatively, leave the station and follow directions to the Hunts Bank entrance.

Drop-off Point

The Hunts Bank entrance offers a convenient drop-off point with access into Phones 4u Arena via steps or a lift.

Wheelchair Accessible Seating

We have a number of areas within the auditorium that offer access to wheelchair users and their companions. For more information or to book tickets please call the Accessibility line on 0161 950 5229.

Within the Arena

The Accessibility Co-Ordinator can also check the general arena for seats to suit individual needs, for example ticket availability for seats close to the stage for the visually impaired. The second raised tier of seating (BLK 201 and above) requires the negotiation of steep steps and so may not be suitable for the elderly, infirm or those with mobility problems. Seating at the front of the upper tier is 35ft (10m) from ground, rising to 70ft (20m) at the rear.

For your safety, and for those around you, we do not allow people using crutches and/or walking aids onto a standing floor. This is because, even though your friends around you could help to look after you, crowd movement on the floor is unpredictable. However, we will always endeavour to find you an accessible position within the Arena so that you can still come to the concert. For further information please contact our Accessibility Co-Ordinator on 0161 950 5229 or email
