Swedish act Basshunter, aka Jonas Erik Altberg, is a singer-songwriter and producer. He first found fame in 2005 following the release of his first UK single, Now You're Gone. Touring and recording ever since, Basshunter's musical style is largely eurodance with elements of the rave and club music genres. Basshunter has been active since 1997 and released his first full length album The Old Shit, in 2002. He has released a total of five albums altogether and is releasing his new album entitled Saturday later this year. In 2010 Basshunter was featured in Britain’s Celebrity Big Brother.
