Question
I have lost my tickets. What should I do?
Answer
Please email the Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number (customerservice@eventim.co.uk) to find out if your tickets can be replaced. If your tickets can be replaced they will usually be made available for collection from the venue on the day of the event.
Please be aware that for some events it is not possible to re-issue tickets once they have been sent.
