    not good! from dlh453b, 01/06/12
It was a saving grace that Thin Lizzy opened with an awesome, almost two hour set. Axl struggled with the songs, but following long periods of oxygen intake he could still pull of the Appetite for Destruction hits. Real shame. Lizzy blew him away and we were prepared to go home after their set once Axl started to crone on. He needs to stop trading on the GNR tag and retire with what dignity he has left after this current tour.

    AWESOME \m/ from Fraggle, 31/05/12
What can I say, truly superb show, Axls voice was excellent, and the instrumental solos fantastic! Show didnt start until 10 ish, but thats Axl for you....just wear sensible footwear and be prepared to wait a few hours if you go to any of there gigs! Well worth the wait, 3 hours of non-stop ROCK!

Great rock show! from Beks, 30/05/12
After reading previous reviews I was a little dubious but I have to say I was not at all disappointed. The show was fantastic and Axl rocked it! I have waited 20yrs to see Axl perform and honestly dont think it could have been any better. Replaying all the old cds now! The LG is a good venue as we live in Cornwall it is easy to get to - straight up the motorway. We booked into an airport hotel and got the shuttle over to the concert. The railstation is situated right next to the venue as well.

This is GNR! from Poodlehat, 30/05/12
This was easily the best gig I've ever been to. I last saw Guns n Roses back in 93, and I have to say that 19 years later they are better... Axl's voice is amazing, I've never heard him hit so many high notes with such consistency. Forget all the crap you've read about it ain't the same band - it isnt, these guys are incredible, all of the songs are played with such passion and respect, and they look like they belong together. They played their arses off for 3 hours, we had seated tickets but like everyone else around us didnt sit down for the entire concert, people around us were dancing and obviously having the time of their lives.

The setlist was packed with all the hits as you would expect, but the highlights for me were Sorry, an incredible goose-bump inducing Estranged, and a rocked up version of Patience. We left the gig feeling that we had cheated the band, £50 for an amazing night. Other bands charge double for half the energy and passion that GNR showed. Come back soon...

Guns n roses from Blitzy boy, 30/05/12
This was as good as it gets. Thin Lizzy got the evening started with a great performance. Then, unbeliveably, the lights went down and the guns were on time:the whole set was mindblowing, early tracks from Lies album through to Chinese Democracy. Solos were exellent from Bumbblefoot, DJ Ashaba, Tommy and Dizzy on piano.Axl's voice was drowned out on some tracks but only a technical snag. Tthe pyrotechnics and explosions were awesome, never thought i would see the Guns as good again - my first gig was in 1992, this was my 4th time and not my last on this display. Well done the Guns you still rock. Thank you for the best gig I have ever been to!
