Priscilla Queen of the Desert is a stage musical, an adaptation of the 1994 film The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. The production premiered in Australia in 2006 and has gone on to play in New Zealand, Toronto and the West End. It started its run in London in March 2009 at the Palace Theatre. The original cast included Jason Donovan, Tony Sheldon and Oliver Thornton. It won four What’s on Stage Awards in 2010, including Best New Musical, Best Supporting Actor, Best Set Designer and Best Choreographer.

A great show! from Mouse, 28/03/11
Hi there! I was fortunate enough to be sent tickets for the show, which unfortunately I could not personally attend myself so I gave them to my son and daughter who went along instead... They were both really impressed and I understand that my daughter has since been back to see the show again because she enjoyed it so much! I am hoping to be able to get along myself in the near future if my workload eases off a bit as I enjoyed the film version enormously and the stage show comes highly recommended. -

Fantastic night out! from Donna, 27/10/10
This show was spectacular! The costumes were fabulous (daaarling!) and the music really got the party started! Perfect for a girls night out - audience participation and singing along. Laughed all night at the Aussie outback pastiche. Wonderful feel good show, dont miss it.
