The Saw Doctors are an Irish rock band formed in 1986 in Galway, Ireland. They hold the title for Ireland's best selling single; I Useta Lover. They are well known for being a great live band and have a huge following in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The band found their break while performing at the Galway Arts Festival, in 1988. They released their debut album in 1991 titled If This Is Rock and Roll, I Want My Old Job Back, which was hugely successful. Their latest album released in 2009, To Win Just Once was a compilation of their best material. The band played at Glastonbury in 2010 and The Saw Doctors announced a new album release in mid 2010.
