Event Info

Six of the UK's most highly-esteemed and experienced rock musicians have joined forces to create Snakecharmer, who will be playing London's Islington Assembly Hall in July.

Playing classic rock songs that they helped create, such as Whitesnake's Here I Go Again, Fool For Your Loving, Don't Break My Heart Again, Ready An' Willing and Ain't No Love In The Heart Of The City, together with great tracks from their new album, Snakecharmer is the genuine article.

The list of world-class bands and musicians that the members of Snakecharmer have collectively played with runs into literally hundreds: Eric Clapton, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Jeff Beck, Gary Moore, Magnum, Queen & Paul Rodgers, just to name a few.

Support on the night comes from Raw Glory. A band with Edge, playing well known rock cover and original songs too. Raw Glory is made up from Cosmo Verrico Guitar (Heavy Metal Kids) Paul Manzi, Vocals (Arena, The Oliver Wakeman band), Andy Hodge Bass (Serious Blue, We Will Rock Yous), Les Binks, Drums (Judas Priest).

Excellent gig by a brilliant band at a great venue. Sat centre front of balcony, the sound was spot-on. Definitely would see the band again and will keep a lookout for who else plays the venue. Ta very much, Barry
