- Management board -

CTS EVENTIM AG has a three-person management board. The executive board chairman, and also responsible for corporate strategy, new media and marketing is Klaus-Peter Schulenberg. He got started in the entertainment business while still a student in Bremen and founded his first company, an artists management and concert organizing agency, in 1973. It was his purchase of CTS GmbH in 1996 that laid the foundation stone on which CTS EVENTIM AG has subsequently been built.

Volker Bischoff is a masters in business economics who has been with the KPS Group since 1996. Initially a finance manager and authorized signatory, he was made a director and chief financial officer for all the companies of the KPS Group in 1998. Before joining KPS, Volker Bischoff was head of the tax department and head of audit for the [German] office of a prestigious accountancy firm.

In July 2002 Dipl.-Betriebswirt (MBA) Alexander Ruoff became appointed COO and took over responsibility for the sales department. His career path had led him before to the group of messerknecht in 1993 where he started as Managing Director of the messerknecht CIM Consulting und Vertriebs GmbH until he became Managing Director of the messerknecht-meister informationsysteme GmbH. Since September 2000 he also took over responsibility as Managing Director at the messerknecht subsidiaries Showsoft GmbH and CargoSoft. With the acquisition of Showsoft GmbH Alexander Ruoff joined the group of CTS EVENTIM AG in August 2001.
