What is the status of my order?
You can view the current status of your order through the ‘My tickets’ section in your MyEVENTIM account.
- Orders marked as "received" have been successfully submitted and will be processed as soon as possible.
- Orders marked as "in progress" are currently being processed and will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please note that in some cases orders may be "in progress" whilst we wait for ticket stock to be delivered from the venue to our dispatch centre.
- Orders marked as "sent" have already been dispatched.
- Orders marked as "cancelled" will not be processed.
