Where are my tickets? They’ve been dispatched but I don’t have them yet.

If you selected standard mail:

Please allow up to 5 days prior to the event for your tickets to arrive. If you haven’t received them by this point, not to worry – drop our customer service team a line and we’ll make sure you can still attend!

If you selected registered mail:

Our customer service team can provide you with your tracking number – to check where your tickets are, pop over to the Royal Mail website and enter that number when prompted. If you received a We Missed You card from Royal Mail, you’ll need to follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.

If you selected secure international delivery:

Please allow up to 1 week prior to the event for tickets to be delivered. If you haven’t received them by the time you’re due to travel, please contact our customer service team urgently so we can get this sorted for you.
