    02/04/13

Ruined by teenagers. from HellCat, 03/04/13
The bands were great, it was awesome fun. Shame that all the tiny baby scene kids were more interested in taking photos of the omg, so hawt band members than enjoying the gigs. I got shouted at for blurring a twitter pick by one girl when I was singing and dancing, and the only movement I saw from tr bring me crowd was when Oli got them to do gangnam style. Utterly infuriating. Maybe Im just getting old but it really spoilt it. Apart from that though, it would have been outstanding. I vote age restriction!!

Thank you for bringing this great t... from Mariels, 20/11/12
Having been to the Vans Warped Tour in Toronto, I was really looking forward to seeing it on home turf. This first UK date was headlined by the mighty Lostprophets who are one of my favourite bands. They played a blinder of a set, closing a great day featuring the likes of bring me the horizon and 3HO!3. Looking forward to a European tour next year.

    Very Disappointing from wayneoh, 13/11/12
On arrival, getting into the venue was easy, if anything...Far too easy. Into the West Hall, we find a bar, directly opposite the vert ramp (very cramped area ) to the right is the stage. The sound in this hall never improved much throughout the day. Moving to the Great Hall we have the west & east stages - the sound was better here but the layout was awful. The food stalls & merchandise should have been put much further away from the stage areas in both halls. Moving down stairs to the Kevin Say stage was impossible..... we never had a chance to report on the bands on this stage, as it was always full to capacity. Overall this had every chance of being more than a great event - more thought going into the layout and a better use of the venue would have made it a much better experience.

WOW...Just wow , PLEASE COME BACK T... from Zoe Star, 12/11/12
WOW, best collection of artists in one day I've ever seen, a real mix to appeal to most peoples tastes, brilliant performances, great venue- except it would be nice to think about getting shuttle buses organised to the venue before the gig as well as back afterwards. I booked my ticket the day they were released and never have I spent so much on a single gig, traveled half way across the country for it but honestly money SOOOOO well spent, Id literally live off of noodles for a year if it meant I could afford to go again

Amazing bar the crowds from Caitlin, 12/11/12
I absolutely loved the Vans Warped Tour, however I am absolutly gutted I was forced to miss Bowling For Soup, as the timings clashed with the Lostprophets- this I understand would be hard to organise. However, I was also forced to miss Charlie Simpson, because the queue was too long and the space was full. I also missed meeting Less than Jake as the queue was too long and was also told I wouldnt be able to meet the Lostprophets. It was only because I chose to ignore the bouncers and stay in the queue that I was able to get my signed poster - which did then get nicked out of my bag :( These events put a dampner on my experience and I think that if the bands I was able to see weren't so tight and performed so well then I wouldnt have enjoyed my experience.
