The winner of the 2008 CMA and AMC Vocalist of the Year awards, Brad Paisley is one of the leading country western music artists in the 21st century. Since the release of his first studio album he has gone on to record seven more studio albums, in addition to a Christmas compilation. He wrote his first song at the age of 12, but by the time he was 13 years old he was already opening for such artists as The Judds, Ricky Skaggs and George Jones at the Capitol Music Hall in Wheeling, West Virginia.
