Chris Williamson (born 23 February 1988) is an English podcaster and YouTuber, best known for hosting the popular podcast Modern Wisdom. He first gained public attention as a contestant on the first series of Love Island in 2015.

Williamson was born in Stockton-on-Tees, North East England. During his childhood, he played cricket and was part of the Durham Academy. He pursued higher education at Newcastle University, where he also began a career in nightclub promotion.

Before his appearance on Love Island, Williamson was a contestant on Take Me Out in 2012. His stint on Love Island in 2015 did not leave him feeling like he belonged on the show.

In 2018, Williamson launched Modern Wisdom, a podcast that explores various topics including current events, politics, philosophy, science, and hobbies. He has hosted a range of notable guests such as Jordan Peterson, Steven Pinker, Will MacAskill, Robin Dunbar, Michael Malice, Sam Harris, Eric Weinstein, Douglas Murray, David Goggins, Destiny, Nick Bostrom, and Patrick Moore. As of July 2024, the podcast has achieved significant success, with 2.28 million subscribers on YouTube and over 400 million downloads.
