McFly is an English pop rock/pop band formed in London in 2003. The band, consisting of Tom Fletcher (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Danny Jones (lead vocals, harmonica, guitar), Dougie Poynter (bass guitar, vocals), and Harry Judd (drums), gained fame after fellow band Busted helped launch them by inviting them to tour in 2004. Their debut album, "Room on the 3rd Floor," debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, making them the youngest band ever to achieve this feat. McFly's success continued with subsequent albums such as "Wonderland" and "Motion in the Ocean." In 2013, they joined forces with Busted to form the "supergroup" McBusted, before returning as McFly in 2016. Despite an indefinite hiatus, they reunited and released their sixth album, "Young Dumb Thrills," in 2020. With numerous top-charting singles and albums, McFly remains a prominent figure in the British music scene. Their seventh studio album, "Power to Play," was released in 2023, accompanied by a UK and Ireland tour.
