Miles Kane is an English singer, songwriter, and guitarist, best known for his work as a solo artist and as co-frontman of the indie rock supergroup, The Last Shadow Puppets, alongside Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner. Born on March 17, 1986, in Birkenhead, Merseyside, Kane has been a prominent figure in the UK indie rock scene since the early 2000s.

Kane first gained recognition as the lead guitarist for The Little Flames, before forming The Rascals in 2007, a band known for its distinct blend of post-punk revival and indie rock. However, it was his collaboration with Turner in The Last Shadow Puppets that catapulted him into wider fame. The duo's debut album, The Age of the Understatement (2008), topped UK charts and solidified Kane as a formidable talent in modern British music.

In 2011, Kane launched his solo career with the critically acclaimed album Colour of the Trap, featuring singles like "Rearrange" and "Come Closer." His subsequent solo work, including albums Don’t Forget Who You Are (2013), Coup de Grace (2018), and Change the Show (2022), continued to showcase his ability to blend retro rock influences with modern indie sounds, drawing comparisons to artists like David Bowie and T. Rex.
