Santa was brilliant really good with the kids. We saw 5 Elves but 3 out of the 5 were so miserable and didn't make an effort at all with the children. Not as good as the Elves we've seen at the Grotto in previous years. Kids enjoyed themselves and liked making the reindeer food. Presents were decent quality. Giving a 3 as the grumpy Elves definitely affected the overall atmosphere.

We took my grandchildren today. We had booked a 3pm timeslot and arrived at 2.50. No staff at the entrance, no staff inside, just a large group of people standing around most of whom were not wearing masks despite the enclosed event. We didn't get to speak to anyone until 20 minutes later when an elf appeared and we asked what was happening.
