How it works
STEP 1
Buy tickets
Book your event with the EVENTIM.Pass shipping option using your mobile device or on a PC.
STEP 2
Open EVENTIM.App
Open the EVENTIM.App or if you need to, download it first. Log in to the app with your EVENTIM account details.
STEP 3
Retrieve tickets
You will find the tickets for the event in the "Tickets" area. Once the tickets have been accessed on your mobile device, they will be available offline.
STEP 4
QR code for admission
Retrieve the tickets in the EVENTIM.App and have them ready for admission at the event. Please note: Your QR code / bar code will only appear shortly before the event.
What is EVENTIM.Pass?
With EVENTIM.Pass you manage your tickets in the EVENTIM.App on your smartphone.
Push notifications keep you up to date: all relevant information about your event is sent directly to your smartphone.
EVENTIM.Pass protects against ticket theft and secondary ticketing sites! Any digital and EVENTIM.Pass tickets can only be transferred and re-sold through official channels.
Passing on tickets
Passing on tickets to friends and acquaintances is very easy: generate a link with the EVENTIM.App and share it - as soon as the other person activates the link in the app, the ticket is transferred and changes hands.
Ticket resale
The resale of tickets is possible via fanSALE and can be easily started in the EVENTIM.App.
Important: The respective organiser decides to what extent tickets can be resold - information on this can be found at the respective event.
