Services Provided
Venue Cymru has a range of services to assist disabled customers under our 'Equal Access Policy'. These include reduced price tickets for wheelchair users and other disabled patrons under the free enabler scheme. Our services are described more fully below but if you have any special requirements please mention it to the box office staff when booking or email info@venuecymru.co.uk. Alternatively contact the duty manager on arrival who will be happy to help.
Wheel Chair Users
• Dedicated parking spaces with easy access to theatre.
• Wide door street level entrances.
• Lower counter at box office, reception and kiosks.
• Unisex accessible toilet on all levels.
Blind / Visually Impaired
• Working / Guide dogs welcome to access theatre and auditorium and can be left with the duty manager during the performance. For further details or assistance call 01492 872000 or email info@venuecymru.co.uk.
• Large print (20 Point), CD and Braille versions of the forthcoming attractions brochures. To be added to the mailing list please contact the box office on 01492 872000 or email info@venuecymru.co.uk.
• Audio described performances on selected weekly/long running shows.
• 'Touch / Familiarisation' tours can be arranged on request. Please contact Joanne Brett on 01492 879771. • Unisex accessible toilet on all levels.
Deaf / Hearing Impaired

• Signed and captioned performances on selected weekly/long running shows.
