Frost are a British progressive rock band known for combining ambitious musicianship with powerful melodies, modern production and expansive songwriting. Formed by keyboard player, vocalist and producer Jem Godfrey, the band emerged in the 2000s and quickly established a distinctive place within contemporary progressive rock. Their music brings together intricate arrangements, atmospheric keyboards, soaring vocals and heavier rock elements, creating a sound that appeals to dedicated progressive music fans as well as listeners drawn to melodic and adventurous rock.

The band made a significant impression with their debut album Milliontown, which introduced Frost's combination of technical precision and accessible songwriting. Subsequent releases including Experiments in Mass Appeal, Falling Satellites and Day and Age continued to develop their sound, exploring everything from cinematic passages and electronic textures to powerful guitar driven sections. Frost's evolving catalogue demonstrates a willingness to experiment while maintaining the strong melodies and detailed production that have become central to their musical identity.

Live, Frost bring the scale and complexity of their recorded music to the stage with accomplished musicianship, dynamic arrangements and plenty of energy. Their concerts can move from delicate atmospheric moments to dramatic progressive rock passages, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the detail of their music with the additional intensity of a live performance. For fans of progressive rock, sophisticated songwriting and musicians who continually explore new creative territory, seeing Frost live offers an immersive journey through one of Britain's distinctive modern progressive rock catalogues.
