Genn are an alternative rock band known for an adventurous sound that brings together post-punk, psychedelic rock, art rock, and experimental influences. Formed by musicians with Maltese and British connections, the group have developed a distinctive identity through bold songwriting, hypnotic rhythms, expressive guitars, and an energetic approach that refuses to fit neatly into a single genre. Releases including their debut album Unum have helped establish Genn as an exciting presence in the UK alternative music scene, appealing to listeners who enjoy inventive, unpredictable, and fiercely individual guitar music.

Live, Genn bring the restless character of their music to the stage with intensity, personality, and a strong sense of connection between the musicians. Their shifting rhythms, psychedelic textures, driving guitars, and expressive vocals create performances that can move from atmospheric passages to bursts of exhilarating rock energy. The band's experimental instincts give their concerts an unpredictable quality, making the live setting an ideal place to experience the full force and detail of their music.

For fans of post-punk, psychedelic rock, and boundary-pushing alternative music, a Genn concert offers the chance to experience a band with a compelling identity and an adventurous approach to performance. Their combination of rhythmic energy, experimentation, and powerful musicianship makes Genn a captivating proposition for anyone searching for something distinctive on the contemporary UK live circuit.
