Gimp Fist and In Evil Hour bring together two bands rooted in the energy and attitude of British punk. Gimp Fist have built a dedicated following with their melodic street punk sound, combining driving guitars, direct songwriting and memorable choruses. In Evil Hour add their own urgent approach, delivering punk music shaped by powerful vocals, fast rhythms and a strong independent spirit.
Gimp Fist emerged from the North East of England and have become a familiar name within the UK punk scene through recordings and extensive live appearances. Their songs balance melody with the rough edges of street punk, creating music designed to be played loudly and shared with a crowd. In Evil Hour complement that approach with energetic punk that combines intensity, melody and socially aware songwriting.
Live, the combination of Gimp Fist and In Evil Hour promises an evening driven by guitars, choruses and the communal atmosphere associated with grassroots punk shows. Both bands create music that thrives in close proximity to an audience, making this pairing particularly appealing for listeners who value independent venues and direct, energetic performances. Expect a night where participation and punk spirit are central to the experience.
