Inner Terrestrials/The B-Team/Amass brings together multiple acts for a night rooted in independent punk and alternative live music. Headliners Inner Terrestrials are a London band with a long standing reputation for combining punk rock with dub, ska and other underground influences. Their politically conscious approach and fiercely independent attitude have made them a familiar name within the UK punk scene, while The B-Team and Amass add further variety and energy to the bill.
Inner Terrestrials have spent decades developing a sound that refuses to remain within simple genre boundaries. Heavy punk guitars can meet reggae influenced rhythms, dub textures and socially aware lyrics, creating music designed to provoke thought as readily as movement. Sharing the stage with The B-Team and Amass makes this event an opportunity to experience several strands of grassroots alternative music in one evening.
Live, this combination promises the intensity and community spirit associated with underground punk shows. Fast rhythms, direct performances and the close connection between bands and audience can turn an intimate venue into a celebration of independent music. For punk fans looking for a varied bill and the raw energy of grassroots live performance, Inner Terrestrials/The B-Team/Amass offers a night built around music without unnecessary polish or pretence.
