Take That is an English pop group formed in Manchester in 1990, originally comprising Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Mark Owen, Jason Orange, and Robbie Williams. The group, known for their catchy pop songs and impressive dance routines, has become one of the UK's most successful bands.
Led by Gary Barlow, who is the primary songwriter, Take That achieved significant success in the 1990s with a string of hits, including 12 UK number-one singles. They have won numerous awards, including eight Brit Awards, and have set records for their concert tours. Take That performed at significant events like the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony and King Charles III's Coronation Concert in 2023.
