Parking at Southbank Centre
Southbank Centre has two car parks operated on our behalf by APCOA Parking UK:
Southbank Centre Car Park - Hayward Gallery Southbank Centre Car Park - Hungerford Bridge (this car park will be closed during Summer 2012) Transport for London advise against travelling by car in central London during the London 2012 Games.
Southbank Centre car parks now operate on a Pay-by-Phone system. If you are a regular user of the car parks, you may wish to register in advance by visiting APCOA website. For those unable to pay by phone, Pay and Display machines will also be available.
Tariffs* in both car parks are as follows:

Venue
The Queen Elizabeth Hall is the second largest concert hall on Southbank Centre site, hosting chamber orchestras, quartets, choirs, dance performances and opera. As well as the main concert hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall also contains two smaller venues, the Purcell Room and The Front Room at the QEH.
Accessibility
Auditorium Wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments There are spaces for wheelchair users and their companions in Front stalls (row A), Rear stalls (row AA). There are seats, which are easy to access in the stalls (row AA) for people with limited mobility.
Guide companion dogs Should be taken into the auditorium. There are seats in row AA that have additional space.
Hearing Facility There is an Infrared system in the Auditorium. Headsets can be collected from the cloakroom
Auditorium There are spaces for wheelchair users and their companions in row D. There are seats, which are easy to access in rows A, B, C & D.

Facilities Foyer bar: This bar is not directly accessible to Front Stalls wheelchair users in the Queen Elizabeth Hall auditorium because of the steps between the two areas.
Artists' bar: is adjacent to the auditorium, at the Artists' entrance level, and may be used by wheelchair users. Please ask the Hosts who will be happy to direct wheelchair users and their companions.
Cloakroom The cloakroom is in the foyer.
Telephones To the right of the bar it is fitted with an inductive coupler. Tune to the 'T' setting on hearing aids.
Toilets Unisex accessible toilets are on the ground floor by the Artists' Entrance and off the foyer. There are cubicles suitable for use by ambulant disabled people within the general facilities - these are located off the foyer.
