General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking.
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Hull City Hall is about a 5 minute walk from Hull Train Station.
Parking
There are limited pay and display car parking bays nearby, which are free after 6pm. The nearest council car parks are Osbourne Street multi-storey car park and Lowgate pay and display car park on Wilberforce Drive.
The nearest cycle parking is on the right of the main entrance, and on the corner of Carr Lane and Alfred Gelder Street. There is a secure covered cycle parking facility opposite, just outside Hull City Hall.
Wheelchair access
Direct access into the main floor is via a lift situated on Paragon Street. Access to the booking office is by way of a ramp and power assisted door situated on Carr Lane. There is a lift to the balcony but no gallery access.
There is space to accommodate up to six wheelchairs during seated events. If a wheelchair position is required, please inform us at the time of booking.
A viewing platform is available for standing events that accommodates up to six wheelchairs.
Hearing and visually impaired patrons
Sennheiser Infra-red system headsets are available for a refundable deposit of £10 or a current driving licence. Assistance dogs Assistance dogs are welcome. Please notify us at the time of booking.
