Bob Vylan is an English rap rock duo from London, known for their unique blend of grime, punk rock, and hip hop. Formed in 2017 by singer/guitarist Bobby Vylan and drummer Bobbie Vylan in Ipswich, the band quickly made their mark with their DIY approach, self-releasing singles and EPs, and booking their own shows.

Their debut album, We Live Here, was released on August 7, 2020. Bob Vylan gained further attention by touring with The Offspring and Biffy Clyro, and performing at the Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2021. Their second studio album, Bob Vylan Presents the Price of Life, released on April 22, 2022, peaked at number 18 on the UK Albums Chart. The band's third studio album, Humble as the Sun, was released on April 5, 2024, following the release of two singles on October 27, 2023.

Bobby and Bobbie Vylan, who use stage names to maintain their privacy, are passionate advocates for healthy lifestyles and openly discuss their mental health journeys. They emphasize privacy and personal well-being, viewing their band as a platform to share their music and life philosophies.

Musically, Bob Vylan merges grime rap with punk rock, incorporating elements of dancehall and reggae as a nod to Bobby's Jamaican heritage. Their influences include Johnny Rotten, Akala, Dizzee Rascal, Stormzy, and Skepta. Their lyrics address social and political issues like racism, police violence, income inequality, and mental health, often reflecting on the experiences of being Black in Europe.

Critically acclaimed, Bob Vylan has been described as one of the most exciting punk bands in the UK by Kerrang! magazine, and recommended for fans of Idles, Fever 333, and Turnstile by Alternative Press. Their music is noted for its powerful social commentary and fusion of diverse musical genres.
