Colony House are an American alternative rock band from Franklin, Tennessee, known for combining energetic guitar driven music with memorable melodies and emotionally direct songwriting. Formed by brothers Caleb and Will Chapman, the band developed their sound through years of performing and recording, building an audience with songs that balance indie rock immediacy, pop hooks and the warmth of classic American rock music.
The band gained wider recognition with their debut album When I Was Younger, featuring the popular track "Silhouettes". Subsequent releases including Only the Lonely, Leave What's Lost Behind and The Cannonballers expanded their sound while retaining the melodic songwriting and strong musicianship at the heart of Colony House. Their catalogue moves comfortably between reflective songs and upbeat rock tracks created for a full band setting.
Live, Colony House bring an energetic and engaging approach to their material, allowing driving drums, guitars and vocal harmonies to gain additional impact on stage. Their concerts combine the intimacy of personal songwriting with the momentum of an alternative rock show, making quieter moments feel just as important as the biggest choruses. For fans of melodic indie and alternative rock, a Colony House concert offers a chance to experience the band's songs with the energy and spontaneity of live performance.
