Loreen, born Lorine Zineb Nora Talhaoui on October 16, 1983, in Åkersberga, Sweden, is a Swedish singer and songwriter of Moroccan descent. Rising to prominence after participating in Swedish Idol 2004, she garnered attention for her distinct voice and stage presence. Loreen's breakthrough came with her victory in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Euphoria," which became a massive international hit. She secured another Eurovision win in 2023 with the song "Tattoo," making her the second performer ever to achieve this feat.

Before her Eurovision success, Loreen participated in Melodifestivalen, Sweden's national selection for Eurovision, in 2011 with "My Heart Is Refusing Me." Despite not winning, the song gained popularity and charted well in Sweden. Following her Eurovision victories, Loreen released her debut album "Heal" in 2012, which received critical acclaim and commercial success.

Throughout her career, Loreen has been involved in various musical projects, including EPs like "Nude" and "Ride," as well as singles such as "Statements" and "Body." She has also ventured into acting, making appearances in films and television shows.
