Martyn is a Dutch electronic music producer and DJ known for a distinctive sound that connects techno, house, dubstep and other strands of underground club music. Born Martijn Deykers, he emerged as an important figure during a period when the boundaries between established electronic genres were rapidly changing, earning recognition for productions and DJ sets that resist straightforward classification.

His catalogue includes acclaimed releases such as Great Lengths and Ghost People, alongside music released through respected electronic labels and his own 3024 imprint. Martyn's production style combines rhythmic experimentation with atmosphere and melody, drawing connections between sounds associated with cities including Detroit, Chicago, London and his native Netherlands while maintaining a recognisable musical identity.

As a DJ, Martyn brings that broad musical perspective directly to the dance floor, moving between styles while maintaining a strong sense of flow and momentum. His sets can connect deep electronic textures with powerful club rhythms, creating an experience aimed equally at attentive listeners and committed dancers. For fans of forward thinking techno, house, bass music and adventurous electronic sounds, seeing Martyn live offers an opportunity to hear those connections unfold in real time.
