Monalisa Twins are a pop-rock group fronted by Austrian twin sisters Mona and Lisa Wagner. Based in Liverpool, the singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists draw inspiration from the melodies, harmonies and songwriting traditions of the 1960s. Their repertoire brings together original music and interpretations of songs by artists who helped shape that era.
The sisters have released original recordings including When We're Together and WHY?, alongside collections celebrating music by The Beatles and other artists. Known for their close vocal harmonies, they combine their love of classic pop and rock with songs of their own. Their videos and recordings have introduced their music to listeners around the world.
Monalisa Twins have performed regularly at Liverpool's Cavern Club, toured with Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel and appeared at Glastonbury Festival. On stage, they bring together original songs and favourites from the 1960s and 1970s, accompanied by their band. For fans of harmony-led pop and classic rock, their concerts celebrate both the music that inspired the sisters and their own songwriting.
