Noise Picker are a British heavy rock duo known for creating a powerful sound from a stripped back combination of guitar, drums and vocals. Drawing on blues, garage rock, noise rock and heavier alternative influences, the band deliver music that feels deliberately raw and direct, with distorted riffs and forceful rhythms forming the foundation of their sound.
The duo format gives Noise Picker's music an immediate character, leaving little space between the musicians and the impact of each riff. Their approach combines the grit of blues based rock with the abrasive edge of underground alternative music, creating songs that favour weight, groove and personality over unnecessary decoration. It is a sound designed to feel physical as well as musical.
Live, Noise Picker can turn that minimal setup into maximum impact. The combination of heavy guitar, hard hitting percussion and close quarters performance makes their music particularly effective in intimate venues, where every riff can be felt as well as heard. For fans of raw rock, blues influenced heaviness and independent guitar music, Noise Picker offer a direct and uncompromising concert experience.
