Penn and Teller, otherwise known as Penn Jillette and – well, simply Teller – are a duo who describe themselves as “a couple of eccentric guys who have learned how to do a few cool things”. These “cool things” have made them famous throughout the world and their seamless performances and comedy routines continue to delight and impress audiences, showing why they’ve been at the top of their game for the last 30 years.
The duo specialise in illusion and comedy, with a double act involving mime, tricks and pranks. They’re also well known for their sceptical views on issues including religion, the pseudoscientific, psychics, conspiracy theories and the paranormal. The pair have received recognition for their talents not only from audiences and critics, but in the world of academia too. They are Visiting Scholars at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and have lectured at Oxford University, due to to their extensive knowledge of magic and their insights into audience interaction. Their original brand of entertainment has stretched beyond Penn and Teller tours, reaching wider audiences with TV programmes, books and even guest appearances in popular music videos, most recently Waking Up in Vegas by pop singer Katy Perry in 2009. Interestingly, the twosome put their success down to the fact that they’ve never had much in common besides magic, so they rarely socialise outside of work. Jillette told Larry King that this has given them the longevity that has kept them magic’s biggest success story. Penn and Teller tickets will guarantee you a wonderful evening of mystery and magic.

The Staff were excellent in helping us and the large screens either side of the Stage were essential in order to properly appreciate the Performance. Souvenir Programmes were a little expensive but the interaction with Penn and Te...
Excellent show

Good show. How did Teller manage to replace the audience member called onto the stage with himself, with no screens etc? I was also very impressed by the time taken by both Penn & Teller to interact with all the audience outside the front of the theatre after the show.
Penn and Teller as weve seen them before
London, Eventim Apollo, 22/06/2014
There are no doubts that Penn and Teller are a couple of the greatest magicans around and certainly an show I have wanted to see for a long time. However, the show which included much material I had seen them perform before on the internet and on their recent UK TV show left little in the way of surprises. There was no flow to the show as they went from bit to bit with no linking material. The highlight however was getting to shake hands with the performers after the show as they took the time...
