Queen + Adam Lambert (often abbreviated as Q+AL or QAL) is a collaboration between the remaining active members of the British rock band Queen—Brian May (guitar) and Roger Taylor (drums)—and American vocalist Adam Lambert. Since 1997, longstanding bassist John Deacon has retired and not participated in the project. This collaboration began after the end of the Queen + Paul Rodgers project in 2009 and emphasizes that Lambert is not a replacement for the late Freddie Mercury but performs alongside the band's active members.
The collaboration originated when May and Taylor appeared on American Idol in 2009, where Lambert was a contestant. Their first full concert as Queen + Adam Lambert was on June 30, 2012, in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Queen + Adam Lambert have toured extensively since 2012.
In the fall of 2023, the band performed 23 dates across North America. In February 2024, they played five shows in Japan. The band’s live lineup includes long-time touring keyboardist Spike Edney, bassist Neil Fairclough, and percussionist Tyler Warren.
Queen + Adam Lambert have performed on various television shows and special events, such as the 91st Academy Awards and the Platinum Party at the Palace for Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee. They also released a live album, Live Around the World, in October 2020.
While there are no immediate plans for a studio album with this lineup, May and Taylor have mentioned the possibility of recording original material in the future.

Ive been to a few concerts over the years and this is the best one yet! Unfortunately I was too young to have been able to see Freddie Mercury but these guys still made him a large factor in the show

Absolutely fabulous Adam lambert was amazing would defiantly go back, only drawback was a drunk woman was up and down all night it would have been quicker for her to turn left but she always turned right and the whole row had to move for her
Only one thing missing!

This was a bucket list must see! The new boy as Brian May called him was phenomenal! His love for Queen shone through in his performance and of course the only thing missing was the legend that is and always will be, Mr Freddie Mercury!
