I first saw Pink Floyd in 1969 in Newcastle (trying to record the live side of Ummagumma I think!). They were special then and this time Roger Waters (who I saw at the Manchester Arena some 6 years ago) does not disappoint, the graphics and film and animation have been updated to reflect modern conflicts and I suspect that this version of The Wall is closer to what Roger originally intended. AT 70 YEARS YOUNG ,WHAT A FAB PERFORMANCE FROM ONE OF THE TRUE ARTISTS OF OUR TIME,HAVING BEEN THERE AT THE EARLS COURT GIG WAY BACK WHEN ,THROUGH TO THIS CURRENT AND FINALTOUR ? I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY ENTERTAINED BOTH ACCOUSTICALLY AND VISUALLY ,IVE BEEN IN AWE AND HAVE SMILLED TO MYSELF TO SEE THIS CLASIC ALBUM TRANSFORMED INTO ONE OF THE BEST LIVE SHOWS IN THE HISTORY OF ROCK AND ROLL AINT I ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES,

As an experienced gigger, Im often asked the question which is the best concert youve ever been to ? Its a question that Ive always found hard to answer as the answer can vary from week to week, that was until I witnessed The Wall ,this was quite simply jaw dropping, not just for the music, but for the entire show, it wasnt cheap at £75 a ticket but it was worth every penny, thanks Roger, from a Floyd fan of many years
