ROSEYE are an Amsterdam based band bringing together jazz, soul, electronic music and global influences in a rich and contemporary sound. Led by Scottish singer and songwriter Tallulah Rose, the group draws on the varied musical backgrounds of its members to create songs that move between intricate arrangements, expressive vocals and powerful rhythmic passages. Their genre crossing approach has positioned ROSEYE as an exciting presence within the European alternative and contemporary jazz scene.
The band's music combines the freedom and musicianship of jazz with elements of neo soul, groove and modern production. Rather than remaining within a single genre, ROSEYE use their diverse influences to create compositions that can shift naturally between intimate vocal moments and expansive ensemble playing. This combination of songwriting and instrumental exploration gives their music both emotional accessibility and enough detail to reward repeated listening.
Live, ROSEYE can expand these ideas through the interaction and spontaneity of the full band. Rhythmic sections invite movement, while quieter passages highlight Tallulah Rose's vocals and the musicianship surrounding them. For audiences interested in contemporary jazz, alternative soul and adventurous live music, a ROSEYE concert offers a chance to experience a band whose identity is shaped by collaboration, musical curiosity and the excitement of crossing traditional genre boundaries.
