TEMIC are a progressive metal band bringing together experienced musicians from across the international rock and metal scene. The group features Eric Gillette, Diego Tejeida, Simen Sandnes and Fredrik Bergersen, combining technical musicianship with melodic songwriting, powerful vocals and modern production. Their sound draws from progressive metal and progressive rock while incorporating electronic textures, intricate rhythms and cinematic elements.

TEMIC released their debut album Terror Management Theory through Season of Mist in 2023, introducing a sound built around complex arrangements without sacrificing memorable melodies. The members bring experience from a range of established projects, giving the band a broad musical vocabulary that moves between heavy guitar driven sections, atmospheric keyboards, rhythmic experimentation and soaring vocal passages. This balance of technical ability and songwriting gives TEMIC a distinctive position within contemporary progressive music.

On stage, TEMIC can showcase the precision and dynamic range that sit at the heart of their music. Complex instrumental passages gain extra intensity in a live environment, while melodic sections provide contrast to the heavier moments. For progressive metal fans who value ambitious arrangements, accomplished musicianship and songs that move beyond predictable structures, a TEMIC concert offers the opportunity to experience a modern international band built around both technical skill and musical imagination.
