After captivating audiences with live performances, the band released their debut EP, "The Ocean Went Mad and We Were to Blame," in 2013. This marked the beginning of their rise, leading to the release of their debut album, "Good Company," in 2014 through German label Devil Duck Records. Despite facing controversy over lyrical content, The Dead South continued to push boundaries with their sophomore album, "Illusion & Doubt," in 2016.
