The L’Inviti Singers are a chamber choir whose singers are drawn from leading churches, cathedrals and chamber ensembles. Bringing together experienced choral performers, the group provides music for occasions across the UK and Europe, as well as appearing in public concerts. Their work encompasses sacred choral music and programmes created for a variety of events.
The choir's public performances have included candlelit concerts at St Mary le Strand in London, directed by David Guest. Their repertoire has featured works such as Vivaldi's Gloria, Pergolesi's Stabat Mater and Fauré's Requiem, alongside music by composers including Herbert Howells, Karl Jenkins and John Rutter. These programmes offer audiences the opportunity to hear music from across the choral tradition.
In concert, The L’Inviti Singers bring voices together to perform choral works in settings that include historic churches. Some programmes pair the choir with organ accompaniment, while seasonal performances have featured carols and arrangements by John Rutter. For audiences interested in classical choral music, their concerts offer a chance to hear both familiar works and other pieces from the repertoire performed live.
