Thomas Davis (born 27 April 1979) is an English actor and comedian, renowned for his roles as DI Sleet in the BBC Three comedy Murder in Successville and Gary King in the BBC sitcom King Gary.
Before his television career, Davis worked as a scaffolder, bouncer, and market stall trader. His break came when a friend shared their comedy sketches with Leigh Francis, leading to Davis's appearance on Bo' Selecta. In 2015, he co-created and starred in the semi-improvised show Murder in Successville, which became a cult hit and later inspired the American adaptation Murderville on Netflix in 2022.
Davis's other notable works include his roles in the films Free Fire and Prevenge (2016), Paddington 2 (2017), and The Curse (2022). He co-created, starred in, and co-wrote the comedy series King Gary (2018-2021), which depicted suburban family life and received mixed reviews. In 2023, he appeared in the film Wonka.
In addition to acting, Davis performs stand-up comedy and co-hosts The Wolf & Owl podcast with Romesh Ranganathan.
