Having seen many of the rock greats in their prime, I had only heard the TSO on 2 Christmas CDs but decided that they would be worth a viewing. After 2 years of waiting they finally announced just 1 London gig. With up to 24 musicians on stage at any one time, and lasers and lighting effects in full effect, this was Pomp Rock at its best. I have never seen this band before, and was extremely impressed with the whole performance. There are ten singers, all of whom have brilliant voices in their own right, not just when they sing together. The band itself is made up of amazing instrumentalists (guitars, drums, keyboards and electric violin). The string section added particular impact throughout the 140 minute performance.
