Victor Jones is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter whose music combines dance-rock, dance-punk and synthesiser-driven sounds. Blending energetic rhythms with melodic songwriting, Jones creates songs that bring together the excitement of the dancefloor and more reflective themes. Their music pairs electronic textures with a rock sensibility, offering listeners songs made for movement and singing along.
Jones gained attention with the concept album Zookeeper and singles including Mother Teresa and I Get Hurt. The latter reached a wide audience through social media, introducing more listeners to their combination of driving beats, synthesisers and direct lyrics. Earlier releases include the album Long Cold Night Walk, adding another chapter to a catalogue that spans songwriting and electronic production.
Live, Victor Jones brings the energy of dance-rock to the stage, performing songs from across their releases. Their shows offer audiences the chance to experience the contrast between heartfelt songwriting and the lively rhythms behind it. For fans of synth-led alternative music and memorable choruses, a Victor Jones concert brings the project's recorded sound into a live setting.
