PARKING
Please leave plenty of time to park before a performance.
There is no parking at the theatre (except for a limited number of 'Blue Badge' / wheelchair spaces which must be prearranged with the theatre). There are a number of car parks and a limited number of street parking spaces in the vicinity of the theatre.

A car park map is also printed on the inside of the ticket wallet, issued when tickets are purchased.
Coaches are advised to drop passengers off at the bus stop opposite the Regent.

Venue
The Ipswich Regent opened in 1929 as a cine-variety hall. At 7.00pm on Monday November 4th, the entrance doors of the new Regent, Ipswich opened and into its spacious foyer crowded nearly 2,000 Ipswich people who had come to witness this momentous occasion.
Accessibility
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS REGENT THEATRE
A limited number of 'Blue Badge' / wheelchair parking spaces are available in the theatre's 'Vehicle Production Area' next to the theatre - early booking advisable.
A disabled entrance is located via a long ramp to the left of the theatre entrance. Please push the entrance bell 'push pad' to gain access and enable Front of House staff to assist if required.
There is no passenger lift in The Regent Theatre.
To allow customers to access the Circle Lounge, a wheelchair lift has now been installed. Please note there is still no wheelchair seating in the Circle Auditorium.
A disabled toilet is located behind the Stalls in the Crush Hall.
CUSTOMERS WITH HEARING DIFFICULTIES
Some productions do not use amplification. Customers should notify the Box Office at the time of booking of hearing difficulties to enable the most appropriate seats to be allocated to them.
